Michael & Son Services begins charity project

Michael and Son Services will donate labor and materials to build an ADA-compliant living space for Ryan Diviney, an Ashburn resident who was left in a minimal state of consciousness after a brutal attack he faced in West Virginia. The project includes building a handicapped bathroom, physical therapy room and a bedroom for Diviney.
As a result of the attack, Diviney’s father must provide 24 hour care for his son and is unable to work.
“Witnessing the Diviney families struggle and seeing the out pouring of good will from community really inspired me to help,” said Basim Mansour, chief executive officer and owner of Michael and Son Services.
Michael & Son Services established their “Cares” program in October of 2010 which assists community members during their time of need.  The project has helped more than 10 local families since its inception.
