Scott M. McCarthy will join Cypress Equities as a property manager this month. Cypress is the property manager of the Village at Leesburg. McCarthy will be responsible for on site management and operation at the center. He comes to Cypress with more than 25 years of experience overseeing mixed-use developments, power centers and strip centers.

“With his extensive and well-rounded experience managing regional shopping centers, Scott is the ideal candidate for the position,” said Kirk Williams, senior vice president of development for Cypress Equities.
