What Women Want: To lead, inspire, accomplish
The Women In Business Alliance hosted their inaugural leadership management conference May 25 at the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North. WIBA's seminar was entitled "What Women Do: Lead. Inspire. Accomplish." Bonnie Hughes of American Capital Planning LLC, opened with the presentation "Managing Clients: Get them, Keep them, Love them or Leave them." Dr. Grace Keenan of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center Inc. followed with "Managing Employees: from Good to Great." Debra Orbacz of Orbacz Strategy Group LLC closed with "Navigating the Leadership Labyrinth: Wisdom for Women in Leadership."
