NVTC’s Four Stars
Four stars in the CFO world were honored June 9. The Northern Virginia Technology Council hosted its 14th annual Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards at The Ritz-Carlton in McLean. Ted Leonsis – owner of the Washington Capitals, the Washington Mystics and the Washington Wizards -- was honored as the winner of the Michael G. Devine Hall of Fame award for his role as a businessman and technology pioneer, as well as for his leadership in the local community. The winners were: Public Company CFO: Joseph Greeves, Executive Vice President and CFO of Dulles-based GeoEye. Private Company CFO: Kevin Boyce, Datatel, Inc. Group/Division CFO: Marilyn Crouther, HP Enterprise Services. Community Service Award: Linda Gentry, Center for Innovative Technology
