More than 900 techies attended TechCelebration, the annual banquet hosted by the Northern Virginia Technology Council. John Chambers, chairman and CEO of Cisco Systems Inc. discussed technology's role in global innovation and U.S. competitiveness. He also predicted that more than 90 percent of all consumer Internet traffic will be video. He challenged government and business to work together to restore our economy and improve U.S. competitiveness.
