Equestrian turned writer jumps into ladies lunch scene
In 1985, Jan Neuharth and her husband, Joseph Keusch, started Paper Chase Farms, a full-service equestrian facility in Middleburg. She orchestrated an agenda of horse shows, clinics with world-class equestrians, and corporate and charity events. But when she sold the equestrian center in 2000, she channeled her inner writer and authored three mystery novels set in the Virginia hunt country. Her third novel after "The Hunt" and "The Chase," entitled "The Kill," was released May 27.
