Eighth graders learn business skills
A group of eighth grade Belmont Ridge Middle School students visited the National Conference Center as part of their school business partnership program. The middle school's business partnership program includes six hands-on lesson plans held at NCC that teach the value of the hospitality industry. During the fourth session the students learned how to create a specialized dessert plate. After a demonstration from NCC’s executive chef, Craig Mason, the students were given a chance to create their own dessert plates to present to the group.
