Dulles Motorcars has operated in Leesburg for 20 years, owned by Brothers and co-owners Kevin and Hamid "Senior" Saghafi celebrated the grand opening of the new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram truck dealership at 219 Catoctin Circle on Saturday, August 28.
