The Dandelion Patch held its ribbon cutting June 29. More than 250 family, friends, shoppers and community leaders came out to welcome The Dandelion Patch to the Villiage at Leesburg. Heidi Kallett, president and chief executive officer, welcomed everyone and treated them to great food, drinks and entertainment. The Dandelion Patch has a large selection of fine stationery, custom invitations, greeting cards and unique personal and corporate gifts. The shop also has bridal gifts, baby gifts and graduation gifts.
Anxiously waiting for the ribbon to be cut are Caren Merrick, candidate for Virginia State Senate District 31, Heidi Kallett, president and chief executive officer of The Dandelion Patch, Hannah Reece, Miss Old Dominion Princess, Leesburg Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd, Tony Howard, president of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and Kristina Bouweiri, president and chief executive officer of Reston Limousine.
