As keynote speaker of the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce’s annual meeting, Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell addressed nearly 500 residents, government officials and business leaders about Virginia’s great opportunities and tough challenges. He referred to Loudoun as the technology capital of the world and a great place to do business.
